  • What You'll Learn

  • Meet Your Teacher

  • Is it any good?

  • If you’ve always wanted to make beautiful, barista style coffee, now's the time to stop dreaming and start doing! Heather will show you how to properly texture the milk for the perfect silky finish and take you through the basics of how to create ferns, swans, and whatever else takes your fancy. Once you've got the technique down, you'll have the no excuse not to buy that espresso machine you've always wanted... After all, practise makes perfect!
  • Heather Anderson is one of New Zealand’s finest exports. Hailing from Taupo on the North Island, Heather originally came to the UK to study Marine Archaeology but has spent more time learning about coffee. As the Queen of Caffeine at Bournemouth’s Boscanova and South Coast Roast, Heather is responsible for creating the finest flat whites on the Dorset coast. Her first insight into the coffee making world came through a workshop at school, and she’s taken every opportunity to further her knowledge since. Whatever you need to know, whether it’s how to roast the beans to achieve a specific flavour, or how to pour the perfect flat white, Heather’s your girl.

1.5 hours
